The West End Home Foundation has announced grant awards in the amount of $2,117,950 for 2024.  Forty nonprofit agencies across middle Tennessee received grant awards. The Board of Directors expresses sincere appreciation to all of the organizations for the critical work they do and the tremendous impact they make serving older adults, their families, and their caregivers. The West End Home Foundation believes that our mission of enriching the lives of older adults through grantmaking, advocacy, and community collaboration is more important now than ever as older adults have become the fastest growing segment of the population. We are proud to partner with organizations that value older adults and envision a world where all of us have access to the care and supportive services we need to age well.
