What is The West End Home Foundation?

The West End Home Foundation is a tax-exempt Tennessee charitable corporation dedicated to the care of seniors. As a foundation, we provide financial support and grants to help local organizations provide a higher level of social services for seniors in the Greater Nashville area.

What is the mission of The West End Home Foundation?

Our heartfelt mission is to improve the quality of life of seniors through support of non-profit organizations that provide advocacy, food, housing, health and transportation services to seniors.

Our office address is 109 Kenner Avenue in Nashville.

Who serves on the Board of Directors?

The Board of Directors is a committed group of community and professional leaders who are recommended or asked to serve based on their expertise or years of service to the Foundation. Each board member serves a three-year term as part of a rotating class.

How is The West End Home Foundation funded?

The primary funding for our Foundation grants comes from income generated by an endowment. Our Foundation receives no funding from federal, state or local government agencies.  Financial support is also provided through private donations. Many of these financial gifts come from individuals or families who have seen firsthand the care provided for their loved ones by The West End Home Foundation.
