Our Archives: A Living Testimony of Service

The history of The West End Home Foundation is also the history of Nashville. During our 120+ years of service, an extensive archive of letters, official documents, newspaper clippings, handwritten minutes from Board meetings, registries of residents, and hundreds of photographs have been preserved, thanks to the efforts of our staff, board members, residents and volunteers.

This abundance of historic material has now been donated to Metro Nashville Archives. It’s a living testimony of community service and a valuable resource for local historians.
